Refund request for permanent license purchase

I would like to request a refund for the permanent license I purchased.

I decided to purchase the software after seeing promotional content about it through another channel focused on 3D modeling software. The way the product was presented strongly influenced my decision to buy it. Unfortunately, after purchasing and testing the software, I found that it does not meet the requirements I expected based on that promotional content.

My intention was to use the software for creating assets and working on an animatic/3D animation project, but its functionality does not meet my needs for this purpose. Because of this, I am unable to make practical use of the product.

I paid approximately 400 PLN for the permanent license. This is a significant amount of money for me and I currently need these funds for essential living expenses. I therefore kindly ask you to consider my situation and approve a full refund.

I purchased the software in good faith expecting it to meet the requirements presented to me, but unfortunately it has not been suitable for the purpose for which I bought it.
