One license covers every asset on this site, free and paid. Anything you download stays yours, including after a subscription ends. Last updated August 2026.
Use any asset you download here in personal and commercial projects: games, apps, websites, prototypes, videos, client work and products you sell. Modify anything: recolor, remix, decimate, combine, animate. Use them in as many projects as you like, forever. No attribution required, ever.
Resell or redistribute the assets themselves. That means no re-uploading the files (GLB or ES module, original or modified) to other marketplaces, asset packs, template libraries or file-sharing sites, whether free or paid, and no offering them through tools that hand the files to other people. Your game can ship the models inside it; the files as standalone assets stay here.
If your product hands these assets to its users, a platform where people build scenes or games with them, that is redistribution and the licence above does not cover it, whichever plan you are on. It has its own licence: you choose a set of assets or whole kits to serve, and everything your users build with them stays theirs permanently. See platform licensing.
The same line applies to the factory itself. Commissioning here, steering a kit or ordering a custom skin, is priced per order on every plan, platform licences included, and offering Polyfork generation to your own users as a feature of your product needs its own agreement. No plan on this page bundles the factory.
Do not use anything you get here to build or train a commercial asset generator: a model, service, tool or pipeline that produces 3D assets and that you sell, license or offer to other people. That covers using the files as training, fine-tuning, evaluation or benchmark data, and it covers using them as the raw material a generator learns its output from. It applies to the GLB files, the ES modules, the renders and the text that ships beside them, used directly or after modification.
This is a limit on selling a generator, not on learning. The modules are published as readable source because that is what makes them worth having: an asset here is a program you can call, tune and read. Studying how one is built, training something on your own machine, running experiments, publishing research, writing your own generator for your own projects: all fine, and the source is open to you precisely so you can. What is not allowed is turning this catalog into a product that competes with it.
Free assets need no purchase. Hotlink the GLB straight from the CDN with no account, or create a free account to download the files. The same license applies: use anywhere, do not redistribute as assets.
Everything you downloaded while subscribed is yours permanently, under this same license, with no attribution and no expiry. That is not a courtesy we can withdraw: it is the license the files were delivered under, and it applies whether you cancel, let a card lapse, or we stop selling subscriptions entirely. The single exception is breaking the terms above, which is covered below.
What stops is the part that was always a live service: the hosted CDN, remix baking, and new assets published after your subscription ends. Access to those continues for 30 days past the end of your paid period, for a cancellation and a failed payment alike, so a declined card never takes a live site down without warning.
You can take the whole catalog with you at any time while subscribed, as a single download from your account. We would rather you stayed because it is convenient than because leaving is hard.
If you resell or redistribute the files as assets, or use them to build or train a commercial asset generator, we may end your license and your access to this site, and we do not refund what you paid. That is the only circumstance in which a license granted here is withdrawn, and it is why the promise above can be as generous as it is: it costs us nothing to be unconditional with everyone who keeps to the terms.
We will tell you what we think happened and give you a chance to answer before we do it, unless the breach is deliberate and still going on. Nothing here limits what either of us may do in court, and nothing here affects rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
Polyfork Pro covers every asset on the site for as long as it is active, plus everything above. Kits are one-time purchases and are yours permanently, subscription or not. The Founders Club is a one-time payment that covers everything Pro does, for life. Licenses are per person or per team seat, and are not transferable by resale.
Every asset ships as a GLB (works in three.js, Unity, Godot, Unreal, Blender and anything that reads glTF) plus an ES module for three.js. Both are covered by the same license.
