Upload a picture of the outfit and we build it onto our character: rigged, animated, low-poly, in the same style as everything else here. $9, once.
It is a skin, not a new body. Every character here is one shared humanoid wearing a list of garments, so what you are commissioning is the costume — the coat, the hat, the hair, the colours, the things they carry. Humans only: there is one rig and it has two arms and two legs.

29 characters already wearing one — same body, same rig, different clothes. Yours joins them.
Sign in first, then upload. Your pictures would not survive the trip to the login screen, so we ask for the account before you spend time picking them.
Every character here is the same thing under the hood: one shared humanoid body, plus a list of garments and a palette. A skin is that list — the coat, the boots, the hat, the hair, the colours, the things they carry. You are buying a costume on our figure, not a new figure. The body has three settings (age, build, and whether it reads masculine or feminine) and that is the whole of what moves.
One character: a rigged, animated, low-poly model, in the same format as every other character here. GLB for your engine, and a .mjs whose knobs you can call. It walks and idles on the shared Mixamo clips like the rest, and you can keep editing it afterwards in the character creator.
Not a face — these heads are boxes with a nose and two eyes on them, and that is the style rather than a limitation we are working around. Body type only as far as the three settings go. If what makes your character recognisable is their face or their silhouette rather than what they wear, this is the wrong $9 and we would rather say so here.
Yes. There is one rig here and it has two arms and two legs, so anything four-legged, winged or boneless has nothing to be built out of. We do make animals, but not to order.
No, and this is the part worth reading twice. Your character is published to the public polyfork.dev catalogue like every other one, which is what makes $9 possible. You get it first, you keep it forever with a commercial licence, and every subscriber gets it too. If you need one nobody else can use, that is a private steering order rather than this.
No. Send us your own drawing, your own photo, your own mascot, or something you have the right to hand over. Everything built here is published under our name, so a reference you cannot give us is a reference we cannot use — a recognisable character from a game or a film is exactly the case this rules out.
Anything we would not want published on this site: hateful or harassing imagery, sexual content, real people used without their say-so, and anything that is somebody else's to license. We reserve the right to refuse an order, and to remove a character we have already built, without a refund. That is deliberately blunt: the refusal has to cost more than the $9 or it is not a refusal. If we simply cannot get an honest brief to work, that is a different thing and we refund it.
Usually hours rather than days, and you can watch it happen. Paid orders go to the front of the line, ahead of our own work.
Say so on the character's page, in the same box we use on our own builds, and it goes round again. Your note outranks the judge.
If you want one. The character page carries an optional credit with a link, the same as a kit somebody steered. Leave it blank and the order stays anonymous.
